THE Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced a 25 per cent rebate on fares for government-owned transport schemes.

He also announced that civil servants from level 1-14 will begin to work three days a week as part of measures to ease the economic challenges on residents.

He spoke during a live media chat, ‘Sanwo Speaks’, to intimate residents on steps being taken to reduce the economic burden on Lagosians.

He said workers in the teaching sector will however maintain the five days a week work schedule but government will ensure additional transport support for them.
