A health assistant simply identified as Victoria committed su!cide inside a medical center where she worked in the Surulere area of Lagos state on Sunday, December 31, 2023.

The police in the Surulere Police Division received a report from the Medical Director of the Health center where she worked that on the said day, late Victoria was not seen in her duty post.

The medical director told the police that after several attempts to reach her, they heard her phone ringing inside a room in the hospital. All attempts to open the door failed as the deceased had already locked the door from inside.
