Infrastructure: PDP government Is Known For Action, Osun People Should Watch – Senator Oyewumi

THE Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Dr. Lere Oyewumi has reiterated the commitment of the People Democratic Party, (PDP) government in Osun State to provide dividends of democracy to residents.

Senator Oyewumi disclosed this over the weekend at his country home in Ikire, Osun State, said that the residents of the state will see wonders in positive way under PDP government in the state.

He said that all senators representing the Osun senatorial districts and reps members will complement the effort of Governor Ademola Adeleke in providing dividends democracy to people.

The senator, who is representing Osun West Senatorial District at the red chamber stated that the PDP led government believe in action, they should watch, seeing is believing “we have N100 billion projects we did not just say we want to spend N100 billion we tell people of Osun what we are going to spend it on.

“The N100 billion is from the state government (We) Osun Senators have not said what we are going to do as National Assembly members, a lot is coming from me that have put in my budget. A lot is coming from Senator Fadahunsi, and Senator Ajagunnla, and reps are going to complement the effort of the governor.

“The people of Osun will see wonders in positive way. The PDP government is known for action, we are known for performance which is our ideology because the party has an inbuilt monitoring mechanism.

“We are close to a year in government in the state, and the people of Osun have under what they didn’t know before, the reality is on the ground.

“The state government has planned on a 100 billion project where the money will come from, we have done the medium and large-term expenditure framework from 2023 to 2026 in Osun state” he said.
