Panic As Soldiers Clash With Thugs In Iree

Residents of Iree, Boripe Local Government of Osun State are currently under panic of attack following a clash between the Nigerian Army and some thugs.

The incident which has caused serious tension reportedly began after some thugs attacked and beat a uniformed soldier in the Poly Junction area of the community, on Tuesday.

According to eyewitnesses, the Nigerian Army came back aggressively pursuing the residents of the community and the traders in the market.

Also, a video sighted by correspondent showed how the thugs assaulted the soldier on the street.

Meanwhile, a source confirmed that the soldier was injured on his head leaving him bleeding until he was rescued away.
