JUST IN: Unknown assailants hack man to death in Umuahia

Unknown assailants have killed a man identified as Chidozie Chigbu, in Nsirimo community, Umuahia Local Government Area of Abia State.

The lifeless body of the victim also known as D Bone, was discovered villagers on Wednesday night, September 20, 2023.

A video posted sighted online shows the victim lying face down with deep machete cuts on his head and blood all over the murder scene.

Details surrounding the incident remain sketchy at this time of filing this report but preliminary reports suggest that a gang of individuals on motorcycles, arrived in Nsirimo and attacked the deceased.

The victim’s residence is situated by the roadside, near the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, within the Umumba village, which is the first village encountered upon entering Nsirimo.
