DJ Splash who worked for Naira Marley and was reported to have gone mad, recounts his experience with the singer (video)

Matthew Aderoju, aka DJ Splash, who at some point was one of Marlian Records’ in-house DJs, has shared the story of how he fell out with Naira Marley and how the singer and his group allegedly planned to make him go mad.

He shared his story while speaking with actress Iyabo Ojo, who visited his family house today September 19. Reports went viral on social media some days ago when his mum came out to demand justice for him. The mum said her son lost his mind while he was working for Naira Marley.

While recounting his experience, DJ Splash said trouble started for him when he told Naira Marley of his intention to start making music aside from the DJ job he was doing. He said the other members of the gang felt threatened that he would become greater and make more money than other artistes. He claimed he overheard them planning to poison him or make him go mad. He said he took precautions by going out to buy his own food while in the house.
