President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given portfolios to 45 ministers, with former governor of Rivers, Nyesom Wike now the minister of the Federal Capital Territory.
Contrary to expectations, Tinubu did not name Dele Alake, his information commissioner in Lagos between 1999 and 2007 as the Federal Minister of Information.
Instead he gave him the Solid Minerals ministry. Mohammed Idris, publisher of Blueprint is now the minister of information and national orientation.
Lawyer, Hannatu Musawa will be in charge of Culture and entertainment.
Festus Keyamo, a former minister of state for labour is now in charge of the ministry of aviation and aerospace development.
