Helping Hand Muslim Foundation Launched In Osun

Mallam and Mrs Muhammed Maruf’s Helping Hand Muslim Foundation (HHMF), a not-for-profit organisation focused on caring for teens and adults with care in OSUN state, launched, Voice Air Media reports.

In an atmosphere of joy, the organisation revealed the plan at its launch in Osogbo, The state capital on Sunday.

HHMF is an NGO created some years back after a teenage girl requested for food around 11pm.

It also aims to provide holistic life for the less privilege Muslim people in the society.

According to Mrs Muhammed Maruf Nafisat, founder of Helping Hands Muslim Foundation, Said the foundation was established Six years ago… when a teenager knock the door of our house to request for food around 11pm, and we gave her, and that how we received the inspiration to continue to provide for less privilege people.

“It was created to provide a care for other people who cannot feed or have a meal”

She added that the organisation is ready to make the world a better place for people.

Foundation Increases More Awareness On Giving – Officially Launched

Mrs Muhammed Nafisat, while giving the history of the foundation; stated that in 2020 during COVID-19, I consulted my boss, Alhaji Oke Abdul-Rauf Adesoji, and he gave me assurance of support and he has been fulfilling it till now”

“We are using this initiative, Helping Hands Muslim Foundation as a point to reach as many people as possible. So if indeed we can touch a more lives with this foundation, we would do our part and made this world a better place.”

On his part, The HOD of Accountancy department of the Osun state polytechnic, Iree, Mr Balogun, who also represented the Rector of Osun state polytechnic Iree, Alhaji Dr. Tajudeen Adewale Odetayo, applauds the people behind the foundation and encourage them to do more, that almighty Allah will make provision.

Speaking at the launch, Mallam Muhammed Marufu Opeyemi, founder, harped on the importance of giving, appreciated everyone for their support and while assuring more commitment to promote the foundation.

On his part, Alhaji Abdulrahman Abass, the Chief Imam Oluwakemi Central Mosques, Kola Balogun, Osogbo delivered Lecture on “Everlasting prosperity is not meant for miser”

Chief Imman, encouraged people to give all to humanity, because there is reward for every good deeds.

The Chief Launcher, Sheik Ismahil Olalekan pledged monthly salary to the foundation, among others donors.

Presentation of prize given was presented to two children, Akinwale Zainab, and Adebisi Khadijah, residents of Osogbo.

HHMF, is a registered foundation under The federal government of Nigeria, made an open call for partners and donors to the project, and interested parties can reach them.
