Eld-El-Fitri: Osun Govt Offers Free Train Ride For Indigenes

THE Osun State Government led by Senator Ademola Adeleke has put in place necessary measures to make movement convenient for its citizens in and out of the State during Eld-El-Fitri celebration.

This was contained in a statement issued by Mrs Kehinde Odediran, Coordinating Director, Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Cooperatives and Empowerment, recently In Osogbo.

Mrs Odediran said the train would leave Lagos terminus to Osogbo by 10.am on Thursday, 20th April, 2023 and return to Lagos on Monday, 24th April, 2023 by 10.am.

She explained that the government provided the train service to lessen the financial burden of Osun indigenes in the area of transportation during festive periods.

She therefore implored people to maximize the opportunity of the free train; assuring them of adequate security inside the train.
