March 18: Market women troop out to sell their wares in Bayelsa, insist they’ve lost interest in electoral process

Traders in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, trooped out en mass to sell their wares as they say they are not interested in participating in the state governorship and state assembly elections.

The market women say they don’t believe in the electoral process, alleging that their votes did not count in the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly polls.
