A police officer and one resident of Idanre local government area of Ondo state were today hit by stray bullets during the ongoing house of assembly election in the State.

The two victims are currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

According to report, the cause of the shooting is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing in this report.
