Four Days To Election: Northern group dumps Kwankwaso, vows support for Tinubu/Shettima

A group known as Kwankwasiyyah, which had pledged to support Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso, the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) presidential candidate, has switched its allegiance to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate.

In a memo written to Comrade Samsideen O. (Tinubu/Shettima national youth’s convener) on Tuesday, the Northern group named after Rabiu Kwankwaso revealed that they are no longer working with him as they have come to the conclusion that Asiwaju is the only candidate qualified to lead the country.
