BREAKING: A.A Rano Fuel Station On Fire As Tanker Explodes

A fuel station, A. A Rano, located along Karu Expressway, Nyanya, in the Federal Capital Territory(FCT) Abuja, is currently on fire following a fuel tanker explosion, VOICE AIR MEDIA learnt.

It was gathered that a fuel tanker had entered the fuel station to offload the Premium Motor Spirit before the tanker exploded, and caused a wild fire that gutted the fuel station.

“The fire incident was caused by a fuel tanker that entered the station to offload fuel,” an eyewitness told our correspondent on Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, operatives of the FCT Fire Service are currently at the scene as the fire is being curtailed.

Reaction

The spokesperson for the FCT Fire Service, Amiola Adebayo, said there was no human casualty.

Adebayo said, “The incident is under control as our men quickly swung to action. Also, there’s no human casualty.”
