The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rejected the judgment of the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal which nullified the July 16, 2022 election won by its candidate, Ademola Adeleke.

Ologunagba said that the judgment of the Tribunal was contrary to the will of the people of Osun, which was expressed by the overwhelming votes cast for PDP and its candidate at the election.
Ologunagba said that the July 16, 2022, Governorship election in Osun was adjudged by local and international observers to be free, fair, and transparent.
He added that the election was clearly won by the PDP and its candidate, Gov. Adeleke in confirmation of the wishes and aspirations of the people.
