Olu of Ileogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Oba Abeeb Adetoyese Agbaje Arowookunjoye II

THE ILEOGBO Unity Forum (IUF), the Central Union of all Ileogbo indigenes at home and in the diaspora, has congratulated the Olu of Ileogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Oba Abeeb Adetoyese Agbaje Arowookunjoye ii, on his recent elevation to the rank of Vice- Chairman,Osun State Council of Traditional Rulers.
While congratulating the newly promoted Olu of Ileogbo in Ayedire Local Government Area of Osun State, the National President of Ileogbo Unity Forum (IUF), Mr Anthony Owolabi, in a release signed by Dr Ayotunde Adedokun, the National Publicity Secretary, described the development as well deserved, and a symbol of honour to the stool of Ileogbo Kingdom which had been in existence since 17th Century.
The release noted that ever since attaining the throne, Oba Adetoyese has been utilising his good position as a traditional ruler to bring rapid development to his kingdom through the indigenes who are well connected in their various professional callings.
The IUF National President deeply appreciated the wisdom of the State Government for recognising the Olu of Ileogbo Kingdom as one of the beneficiaries of the promotion, with an assurance that Oba Abeeb Adetoyese Agbaje will continue to work further for the development of Osun State.
Mr Owolabi further stated that the people of Ileogbo Kingdom, as patriotic citizens of the State, will not relent in their efforts to support the government in fulfilling their civic duties such as paying taxes as well as observing other responsibilities.
