Uncollected PVC’s can elect a Gov– Osun INEC REC reveals

The Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Osun State, Dr Mutiu Agboke, has called on eligible voters in the state that have not collected their Permanent Voter Cards to do so on time.

Agboke spoke at the Union Baptist Church, Odi-Olowo, Osogbo, on Sunday, while sensitising the congregation to the 2023 general elections.

He said,

“Many people have refused to collect their PVCs. In Osun State, we have 437,354 PVCs uncollected. This number of PVC is sufficient to make somebody a governor in Osun State.”

“I want to appeal to you that in our 30 local government areas, you can collect your PVCs there. We have displayed voters’ register across the state so that the electorate can make corrections where needed.”
