A Nigerian man jumped off the famous Otedola bridge in an attempt to flee from armed robbers last night.
According to a Twitter user, the man jumped off because he did not want to part with his phone when he got intercepted by the robbers.
He, however, broke a leg and is in severe pain. Also, his hospital bill has been summed up to about N1.2 million.
The Twitter user wrote:
“This guy jumped off Otedola bridge because he didn’t want to part with his phone when robbers crossed him last night.
He broke a leg and was rushed to emergency before being transferred to Igbobi. The first bill just came in – 1.2 million. Plus, he’s in severe pain. Sigh.”
