Timothy Adegoke’s murder trial has been postponed until Tuesday, October 25, 2022, according to Justice Adepele Ojo, the presiding judge of the Osogbo High Court.
Timothy who filed a case to be released on medical grounds will therefore be judged on 25th October 2022.
The Court Clerk informed VAM News reporter of this information on arriving the courtroom on Tuesday morning.
Earlier VAM News reported that the Hilton Hotel owner, was arrested on November 15, 2021, over the death of Timothy Adegoke, the OAU MBA student found dead at the Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife, Osun State, eight days after he was declared missing.
The case has been dragging on for some months with the hope of getting justice for the deceased.
The family of the deceased’s and the public are patiently waiting for the outcome of Timothy’s murder case.
