Prey (2022): Movie Review
Plot: They hunt to live. It lives to hunt.
In the Comanche Nation in 1717, a fierce and highly skilled warrior named Naru learns the prey she is stalking is a highly evolved alien with a technologically advanced arsenal.
Review: A troop of Comanche Indian warriors on the American Plains in 1719, headed by a hunter and his sister, engages an alien hunter who is outfitted with cutting-edge technology in the science fiction film.
The main characters of the film are Naru and her brother Taabe, who are both Comanche tribe members and lived on the American Plains in 1719.
Both Comanche and English are spoken there.
Due to her hunting prowess, Naru decided to accompany the young guys on their hunts, but she was laughed off.
Although Taabe, her brother, is empathetic, he doesn’t think Naru is capable of handling the situation, which motivates Naru to work more.
The drama started when a spaceship delivered a Predator hunter from another planet.
Fast forward into the film, a crew of French fur trappers abducted Naru and her brother, and they are being used as bait to draw in the Predator. A fierce battle is breaks out.
Prey is the prequel to the 1986 ‘Predator’ Movie led by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The cinematography is top notch.
