Vikram (2022): Movie Review
Plot: Once upon a time there lived a ghost…
Amar is assigned to investigate a case of serial killings. When Amar investigates the case, he realizes it is not what it seems to be, and following down this path will lead to nothing but a war between everyone involved.
Review: This story set the tone for Agent Vikram, but in a manner also fitting for Kamal Haasan.
Along with a gang of masked criminals who are killing people on camera and submitting the tapes to the police, there is a serial murderer on the run in Chennai.
Police bigwig Jose hires Amar, a member of a team of black ops agents, and assigns him the mission of locating and apprehending the serial killer.
Karnan, a bland nobody who doesn’t match the other bodies’ demeanor, is one of the victims, and this sends Amar on the hunt for him right away. Identify the link to Karnan and then Locate the murderer…
However, Santhanam stands between Amar and the truth who is a ruthless local drug kingpin with a sweet tooth for unprocessed cocaine and a large family that he would stop at nothing to preserve.
HITS: Lokesh and the team pull off a fabulous job by treading the thin line of making an utterly self-aware film with three giant stars.
