A banker with Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Miss Adekanmbi Joy Titobiloluwa on Monday, May 30 has addressed the court on behalf of the bank and the role the bank played in the alleged murder case of Timothy Oludare Adegoke, a Master student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, says “I
have never interacted with the customer affair but I have their records on my system.”
The owner of the hotel, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin and six other defendants were in Court.
Miss Adekanmbi Joy Titobiloluwa the first Witness, a resident of Ile-Ife, Osun State.
She is a Service Staff at Stanbic IBTC Bank at Ile- Ife where she worked as Client Service Officer.
In her address; “On the 22 of May 2022, A bank was served subpoena to come here to testify and present a document which is a Statement of Account of Hilton Hotel and Honours from Ist of November to 14th of November, 2021.”

“The document was printed from our bank computer System.”
“The computer was in perfect condition before during and after the document was printed from the Computer.”
“We attached a Certificate to show that the computer was in perfect condition.”
“I was asked to come here through a Subpoena
“The document which contains the Hilton Statement of account was presented
“N15,000 was paid twice from Edith Eferinwa Nosiri”
“On 8th of November…. N12,800 by Madgalene Chiefuna, N6,400 by Quadri Moshood and N103,000 by Adedeji Adesola
“On the 9th of November 2021, N12,700 was paid by Quadri Moshood
“The account was opened long before I joined the bank and have never interacted with the customer affair but I have their records on my system.”
