Hoodlums disrupt Yinka Ayefele’s Radio Station Live Broadcast, Cart Away Valuables

Fresh FM, Yinka Ayefele’s private station, has been attacked by armed robbers in the early hours of Sunday.

The Ibadan, Oyo State radio station was attacked while they were having a live broadcast.
Laptops, phones and personal properties of members of staff were carted away by the hoodlums.

Robbers invaded the station located in Challenge area of Ibadan, Oyo State at 6:30am on Sunday, but no fatality was recorded and no member of staff was injured except for the valuables of the company and that of it’s members of staff that were stolen.

“No fatality. No one was injured, they just took away valuables,” eyewitness said.

The Police Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Adewale Osifeso, could not be reached to comment on the incident as of the time of filing this report.CONTINUE READING…
