At least twenty-one (21) countries have qualified for this year’s FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Qatar.
On Sunday, Canada became the newest country to qualify for the 2022 World Cup.
Les Rouges qualified for the World Cup by defeating Jamaica 4-0 in a World Cup playoff tie on Sunday.
Canada defeated Jamaica, thanks to goals from Cyle Larin, Tajon Buchanan, Junior Hoilett, and Adrian Mariappa.
