Opinion Poll Favours Akin Ogunbiyi As PDP Candidate For Osun Election 2022

A technocrat, businessman, philanthropist and Osun State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi has been tipped by a cross section of residents in Osun State as a preferred candidate to rule the affairs of Osun State.

A popular photographer, Adesanmi Sunday from Ilesha said he is a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), The Osun Progressive (TOP) faction loyal to the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola said if PDP should allow Ogunbiyi as its flag bearer in the July 16, 2022 governorship elections he would Campaign and vote for him.

According to him, if the PDP field Senator Ademola Adeleke as their candidate they will fail, the family will pocket all the residents and no one including members will enjoy his government. “But Ogunbiyi as an administrator he would be able to manage the state well and people will enjoy the dividends of his good governance.”

“As a photographer, we know everybody, the good and the bad ones, I know Akin Ogunbiyi very well. He won the last Primary election but they used money to manipulate the Primary to swindle in Senator Ademola Adeleke. If the PDP should make a mistake to field Adeleke they will fail woefully but if they field Ogunbiyi, I will vote for him.”

“I am a member of APC, a loyal member of Aregbesola.”

Similarly Another Osun state citizen, Elusogbon Olatunji who is a businessman has this to say, “Ogunbiyi should not be tired, he should keep going, he is our man, the youths will vote for him.”
