BREAKING: Popular commissioner’s brother shot dead on farm

The elder brother of a commissioner in Benue State has been shot dead on his farm.

The victim, Christopher Inalegwu, who is the elder brother of Benue State Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Michael Inalegwu, was reported to have been shot on Monday.

The elder Inalegwu was killed in an unprovoked attack at the Aku village in the Okololo ward of Agatu Local Government Area, according to PUNCH.

It was learnt that, after the incident, it took a while for the victim to be taken to a hospital, unfortunately, there was no doctor available to attend to him.

It was after he was taken to another hospital that he was pronounced dead.
