A truck driver reportedly lost his life while two others sustained injuries after the trailer he was driving

According to PUNCH, an eyewitnesses identified the deceased as the truck driver, while the two persons who sustained injuries were those with him in the vehicle.

The eyewitness, Christy Gyang, said, “We were inside our house when we heard a big bang around the Polo Roundabout around 1am. When we looked in that direction to know what was happening, we discovered that it was a trailer that crashed into a building.

“The building also housed an eatery. But thank God, it was not during business time. If not, we don’t know what would have happened. Unfortunately, the truck driver died on the spot and two persons with him in the vehicle sustained injuries.”
