This was contained in a statement by the Head, Media and Public Affairs Bureau, National Consultative Front (NCFront), Dr. Tanko Yunusa, in Abuja yesterday.

According to the statement, the event, which is a collaborative memorial convergence of non-state stakeholders and citizens of Nigeria is to commemorate the one year anniversary of the #EndSARS protest.

The event, the statement stated, would also be used to honour the legacies of a veteran Nigerian journalist, Dele Giwa, 35 years after his gruesome murder in the quest to remake Nigeria.
