Your growth, my growth and our growth is very important and we cannot overlook the dimensions of how we grow. The reasons we don’t have a better forms of growth in many countries of the world is that many of those that understand the beauty of growth are self-centered.
Base on my level of exposures and my love for development, I have discovered that many of those occupying leadership positions are vastly people with no mind for developmental growth.
As an entrepreneur one of my empowerment programmes and my latest stories on the need for new technological revolution in our Agricultural sector. The mind set for improvement is number one developmental growth. Those who genuinely desires improvement are people with the drives of growth.

The mindset for developmental growth is a stable and selfless mindset that its willing to improve. Your growth and our growth will continue to deteriorate if we don’t change our mindset.
A lot of micro enterprise will never become macro as long as they don’t change their mindset. Positive mindset produces positive results and vice versa.
