Generation Where You Have To Die First To Become Great, By Lawrence BornRoyal (Abioye)

Posted on September 20, 2023

Author: Lawrence BornRoyal (Abioye)

Over two years ago, I attended burial ceremony of a prominent person, tragedy struck minutes after the body was interred at a cemetry stone’s throw away to reception, people whose faces looked so grim at the burial ground before getting to reception had suddenly began to wrestle over plates of rice, less than 5 minutes. This is how we mock the dead and is so very pathetic.

When the dead was alive, a lot of people might have betrayed him, he might have worked for some of innumerous mourners who failed to reward his efforts before he died. some relatives who does not understood his agony would have distant him, but when they heard that bad news, they begin to show love, reward the dead with gifts he doesn’t receive in his lifetime. Wicked people of Africa, you are not trying at all.

Bad people are your friends on streets, ambitious people are your enemies, because you think the world must be for you only all the time, you love to hunt down stars, you watch as bread winner becomes bread loser, so nobody wins.

On social media, only important people will be expecting likes, comments, shares and they could not even help that dead person grow his bussiness while alive. they feel too big to honor the poor on his birthday; But, on his dead day, those hidden friends would troop out, use the dead pictures as dp, do many graphic works, candle night and go extra mile to bid him farewell, celebrate someone who was nobody to them.

There are many people like MOHBAD, subjected to different kind of maltreatments by the higher powers, when they cry for help, you shut your ears.

The sharp sharp generation, you are fake, you pay attentions to negativity, you danced like insect inside church, you prayed like warrior, divide people’s unity without respect for the church of God, your heart is not pure to fellow, you mock men of God znd their prophesies, because you think some of them are fake, you know truth and fate after disaster struck, when it’s only you in a dark cold grave.

You are too haste to rich, marry, build house, buy cars, but you forget that when you trade the market too quickly, you round up rapidly, you are too far from pure spirit while that of worldly spirit ‘you too lazy for sacrifices, “mad people every where, system for you is unfavourable, devil is dealing with you, crown heartless people to take charge of how your destiny’s controlled, good people are very far from rescuing your situation, you don’t even have eyes to see them because the log of wood full your eyes, and you don’t think you are the last creation of the end time?

You see older people growing old, you don’t ask God why? They’re never a rushed generation, they chooses hard work and the nature sets everything for them at their right time, once you close your eyes, you cannot see anything, and before you see someone beside you falling into a trap, don’t be too heartless to wait untill he could no longer saved, whatever you do after someone is dead is not help but mockery and vanity, you only entertain your guests no matter how well you planned refreshment, since a ghost will not join you to eat puff-puff at wake keep.
