‘Customer is king’, Shoppi by BRAW unveils big shopping mall in Osogbo

‎A new shopping mall, Shoppi by BRAW, has officially opened in Osogbo, Osun State, adding a modern retail hub to the state capital and creating fresh opportunities for employment and business growth.

‎The mall, located in Osogbo was commissioned by Governor Ademola Adeleke on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Business moguls, Osun cabinet members, socialites, among others were present to witness the official opening, which marked a significant milestone for the owners.

Governor Adeleke commended the founder of the store, stating that his administration will continue to make the business environment better for investment.

‎Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Shoppi by BRAW, Mr. Adejuwon Adebusayo, said the supermarket was designed to meet the daily needs of residents while supporting the state’s economy. He explained that the idea was born out of the need to reduce the stress faced by residents who travel long distances to access quality groceries and household items.

‎”Our vision was to create a modern and dependable retail destination that serves the everyday needs of our community and contributes to the economic growth of Osun State. This supermarket is not just a building; it is a place of service, employment, and growth for our people” he said.

‎According to him, the supermarket was also created to generate employment and build skills among youths in the state. He noted that Shoppi by BRAW would employ cashiers, storekeepers, logistics staff, managers, and maintenance personnel, with a strong focus on local recruitment and training.

‎He added that the project was made possible by the enabling business environment in the state and expressed hope that the brand would expand across Nigeria in the coming years. He also called on residents to support the supermarket, assuring them of quality service and affordability.

‎The wife of Mr Adejuwon , Mrs. Adejunwon Oluwanifemi Rebecca, described the mall as a unique addition to Osun State’s retail sector. She said customers should expect excellent service and a pleasant shopping experience.

‎“We are excited to have a mall of this standard in Osun State,” she said. “Our motto is ‘Customer is king,’ and we are here to serve people better. Customers should expect something different and lovely. We are open to feedback, and we will always try our best to give top service in the state.”

‎One of the customer at the opening also shared positive reactions. One of them, Miss Okafor Patience, described Shoppi by BRAW as spacious, affordable, and convenient.

‎“This is a place for everyone,” she said. “It has a cool and spacious environment, and whatever you need in Osogbo is available here. You don’t have to travel far anymore. Please come and patronise Shoppi by BRAW. It is affordable, well-stocked, and you will not regret shopping here.”

‎With its official opening, Shoppi by BRAW is expected to improve access to quality retail services in Osogbo while contributing to job creation and local economic development.
