Your Excellency Sir,
APPRECIATION FOR YOUR REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS ON FUEL SUBSIDY REMOVAL AND FOOD ITEMS REDUCTION IN NIGERIA
I, AKINYEMI OPEYEMI aka COMMISSIONER write this open letter with deep appreciation and commendation for your outstanding efforts and achievements in stabilizing the fuel pump price and ensuring a significant reduction in the prices of essential food items across the country, especially during the year 2025 Christmas and 2026 New year festive period.
Your administration’s bold steps in addressing key economic challenges have brought relief to millions of Nigerians, especially the vulnerable and less privileged. The reduction in fuel prices, food items and other commodities has not only eased the burden on standard of living and transportation costs but also positively impacted meaningful development in the life of the masses nationwide.
Similarly, the noticeable drop in the prices of food items is a testament to your commitment to food security and the welfare of every citizens. These efforts reflect your vision of a prosperous and inclusive Nigeria, and i believe more progress lies ahead under your leadership.
“I must sincerely tell you the truth, Mr. President this year, 2025/2026 Christmas and New year is the first in a long time that Nigerians are celebrating without the usual stress of long queues or fuel scarcity at our filling stations. It’s a remarkable relief and a clear sign of your administration’s effective intervention in the downstream oil sector.
To this end, as a Citizen, a young Nigerian, it has become imperative for me to appreciate you for your efforts and to pray for more success, sound health, long life, and divine intervention in your future political ambitions.
Permit me, Your Excellency, to humbly recite the third stanza of our National Anthem as a mark of solidarity and patriotism:
“O God of all creation,
Grant this our one request:
Help us to build a nation Where no Man is oppressed,
And so with peace and plenty,
Nigeria may be blessed”.🇳🇬
With appreciation and regards,
AKINYEMI OPEYEMI a.k.a
