News Update

A new wave of creativity is set to sweep across Osun State as De-Moon Media Links unveils “Osun Got Talents,” a homegrown initiative aimed at discovering, nurturing, and celebrating exceptional talents among residents of the state.

The programme, according to the organiser, is designed to spotlight gifted individuals, both young and old, across diverse fields such as Ewì chanting, music, creativity, sports, and games. With a strong emphasis on youth inclusion, Osun Got Talents encourages participation from secondary school students, reflecting the project’s vision of “catching them young” and inspiring innovation from an early stage.

Speaking on the initiative on Friday in Osogbo, Osun State capital, Mukhtar Ajelogbon, CEO of De-Moon Media Links and convener of the project, said the platform seeks to provide visibility for Osun’s hidden stars and showcase the state’s rich cultural and creative diversity.

“Osun State is blessed with enormous talent waiting to be discovered. This initiative will not only unveil these stars but also give them the recognition and exposure they deserve,” he said.

Participants will be invited to the visual studio show titled ‘Osun Got Talents’, where they will compete and display their skills. Their performances will be uploaded across social media platforms for public engagement and online voting to determine the winners.

At the end of the competition, the overall winner will receive a token cash prize of N50,000 alongside media exposure and recognition.

De-Moon Media Links is also calling on sponsors, partners, and well-meaning individuals to support the project, describing it as a vital step toward youth empowerment and community development in Osun State.
