SUPREME COURT VERDICT: Hon.Tajudeen Adefisoye congratulates Governor Aiyedatiwa, Deputy

Today, at the Supreme Court in Abuja, final judgment was delivered on the November 16, 2024, Ondo State governorship election.

The court dismissed the case filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) following its withdrawal by the appellant, Hon. Agboola Ajayi. Similarly, the cases instituted by the SDP and APM were also dismissed after the oral application for withdrawal by their respective counsel.

This unprecedented victory is a clear confirmation of the mandate freely given by the good people of Ondo State. Indeed, all glory belongs to Almighty God.

On behalf of Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye (Small Alhaji), the media team heartily congratulates Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy on this well-deserved legal triumph. We wish them continued wisdom and strength to lead Ondo State to greater heights.
