A skitmaker, Sanku Olaniyi, popularly known as Mr Sanku Comedy, has died in a car accident with his friend along the Oyo–Ogbomoso expressway in Ibadan.
According to reports, the fatal incident occurred in the early hours of Monday, September 1, 2025.
He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Sanku began his comedy career in 2021 and rose to fame in 2024 after releasing a freestyle video that garnered over 70,000 views.
