GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA CONSTITUTES MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR ONDO STATE FOOTBALL AGENCY

In a bid to revitalize state-owned football clubs, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has constituted the Ondo State Football Agency Management Committee.

The committee comprises individuals with diverse expertise in sports management and will operate directly under the Governor’s office.

The committee members include:

1. Divine Ogbonnaya – General Manager
2. Segun Joseph
3. Awosakin Iloyomade – Football Association Representative
4. Iyabo Ajanaku
5. Dapo Ajibade – Marketing Consultant

The committee will manage the affairs of the Sunshine Stars Football Club, Sunshine Queens Football Club and Sunshine Stars Under-19.

This development follows the Governor’s earlier promise to take necessary measures to ensure Sunshine Stars and Sunshine Queens’ swift return to the nation’s premier leagues.

Governor Aiyedatiwa tasked the new management committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the football clubs’ challenges and reverse their downward trajectory.
