FULL LIST: Tinubu Appoints Akpabio, Akinola, Others Into Key Positions

President Bola Tinubu has appointed Usoro Offiong Akpabio as the Managing Director of the South South Development Commission (SSDC), alongside 18 other individuals.

Chibudom Nwuche has been named the Chairman of the commission.

The president has also sought the Senate’s confirmation for appointees to the South West and North Central Development Commissions.

For the North Central, 19 individuals have been nominated, with Cosmas Akiyir appointed as Chairman and Cyril Yeltsin as Managing Director.

The South West Development Commission’s 18 appointees include Senator Olubunmi Adetunbi as Chairman and Dr. Charles Akinola as Managing Director.

The nominees will be screened by the relevant Senate committees before their confirmation.
