Davido reacts over misleading headline, tagging him with kidnappers

News Update

Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, aka Davido, has fumed over a misleading headline, associating him with kidnappers.

A blog on X had shared a video of three suspected kidnappers apprehended in Lagos with the caption, “Davido and two others apprehended for kidnapping in Lagos,” alluding to the nickname of the gang leader.

However, the headline left many confused, as some fans thought it was referring to the singer.

This didn’t sit down well with the singer, who threatened to take drastic action against such misleading headlines someday.

He said it won’t be long before karma would catch up with peddlers of misleading headlines.
