As of Wednesday, January 29, 2025, the Nigerian Naira (NGN), the black market exchange rate stands firmly at approximately N1,635.00 per USD.

This means if you want to buy a dollar now, it is N1,635.00 with a 0.06%% change from yesterday’s price while if you want to sell it is approximately N1,618.00 with a -0.74% change from yesterday’s price level.

Also, Britain pounds stands firmly and exhange for N2,070.00 per pounds with a 0.06% change from previous price. This means if you want to buy a pounds now, it is N2,070.00 while if you want to sell it is approximately Invalid rate type specified. with a 0.50% change from previous price.

Please be aware that the parallel market or the black market rates are mostly and notably higher compared with what you get from the official market or CBN rate.
