My Health Improved After Leaving Office – Ex- Nigeria President

News Update

Muhammadu Buhari, the former President of Nigeria, has disclosed that his health has significantly improved since he left office on May 29, 2023.

Buhari, frequently beset by health issues during his presidency, expressed that he now appears and feels healthier after leaving office.

During his tenure, he often traveled overseas for medical treatment, raising concerns and sparking debates about his health and leadership.

According to reports, Buhari concluded his two terms as President and transferred power to his successor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

During a stakeholders’ meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Katsina State Government House, Buhari indicated that the challenges and demands of serving as Nigeria’s President had impacted his health.

People who are not in positions of power often do not grasp the complexities and challenges that Nigeria faces.

“Since leaving office, my health has improved. Visitors have mentioned that I look better than before.”
