News Update

Honorable Moshood Adefisoye aka OBA, has congratulated Chairman and all Councillors-elect in the recently concluded Local Government Council Elections in Idanre, Ondo state.

In a statement on Sunday, Adefisoye Oba, an APC Chieftain, said the triumph is significant in many respects.

“It is a vote of confidence by the good people of Idanre on our great party and the transformative leadership of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa. It is also a clear mandate from the people to expand and deepen the grassroot development of our ease agenda in Ondo State.

“As the closest tier of government to the people, we urge our newly elected representatives to remember that their primary responsibility is to serve the interests of their people.

“Our Representatives must be good ambassadors for the APC, and Idanre local government embodying our party’s core values of service, accountability, and development, I further urged them to support and empower people around them.

The people of Idanre have placed their trust in them, and they must live up to their expectations,” the statement said.

The APC Chieftain urged the newly elected local government chairman and councillors to seize the moment and effect changes in the Community.
