Gov Adeleke Transforms Osogbo To London, Time For Senator Bashiru, Engr Olalekan Badmus To join PDP – Mallam Rasheed

Spokesperson to Osun state governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, has called on Senator Ajibola Bashiru SRJ, and Engr Olalekan Badmus to join Osun PDP, stated that Governor Ademola Adeleke has transformed Osogbo, the state capital, Osogbo, into London within two years.

Rasheed, while featuring on a media parley organized by Osun Online Publishers Association, OOPA, on Saturday, said Governor Adeleke’s achievement recorded in his almost two year in office surpassed expectations of his critics.

“Governor Adeleke, within two years changes the fortune of Osogbo, the capital city to a London, the true sons and daughters of the land, like SRJ, Engr Olalekan Badmus and others should rally round the governor to continue his good works”

He highlighted the major projects in Osogbo, “Lamenco flyover, Oke-fia flyover, Ikirun-Osogbo road, Alekuwodo road, Old garage dualization roads, and others visible projects.

He also revealed how Governor Ademola Adeleke simplified the delivering of good governance to citizens of the state.

He stressed that even though Governor Adeleke loves dancing he took delivering of good governance more serious.

While responding to question on if Governor Adeleke is bothered with constant criticisms from main opposition party, All Progressives Congress,APC, Rasheed said their criticisms are expected.

According Rasheed “We have taken power from them, out performed them, we have shown them that governance is not difficult, it’s just a matter of listening to the people and looking for what the people want, this is what Governor Adeleke has been doing.

“If we have outperformed them, we have simplified governance and become champion of good governance” he added.

Speaking on how Governor Adeleke achieved tremendous success in construction of roads and flyovers across the state in the face of high economy, Rasheed said the governor applied the approach of take forward for materials used for road constructions in the state from Dangote and others.

This according to Rasheed saved the state from spending more money to purchase construction materials.
