Timothy Adegoke’s Death: A’Court Set Hearing Filed By Rahman Adedoyin

COURT of Appeal sitting in Akure, Ondo State has given Tuesday, October 29, 2024 for the hearing on the appeal filed by Dr. Rahman Adedoyin on the murder case of Timothy Adegoke, an MBA-Executive student of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU.

In a chat with the brother of the deceased, Gbade Adegoke, said the lead lawyer to the family, Femi Falana (SAN) told him that the case will come up on Tuesday.

It will be recalled that Dr. Adedoyin was sentenced to death by hanging by the Osun State High Court Presided by Justice Oyebola Adelele-Ojo.

He was sentenced to death on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 along with two of his staff, Kazeem Oyetunde and Adeniyi Aderogba.

Adedoyin is the owner of Hilton Honors Hotel based in Ile-Ife, OSUN State.

Timothy Adegoke was said to have left Abuja on November 5, 2021, lodged in the Hotel to seat for his MBA exams at the OAU, he was declared missing on November 7, 2021 until his body was found in a shallow grave beside Osogbo-Ife Road.
