THE Osun Amotekun Corps has issued a statement addressing faceless write up by some disgruntled elements against one of its adhoc staff, Olagunju Olusola Joseph.
The agency responded to defamatory posters circulated in Osogbo, which falsely accused its staff member of using a fake ID and uniform.
The Corps emphasized that these claims are baseless and part of a malicious campaign by individuals seeking to undermine its achievements.
The statement urged the public to disregard the posters and reiterated that the agency remains committed to combating crime in the state. Effort is ongoing to track those behind the acts to serve as a deterrent to others alike.
