The bank disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday notifying customers that the glitch was as a result of its routine information and technology maintenance.
Although the commercial bank said the disruption would last between 12:01 am and 02:30 pm on Tuesday, the customers have lamented that the problem had lingered as of the time of filing this report.
On Tuesday, October 01, 2024, our Mobile Banking App, USSD Service, Internet Banking and Corporate Internet Banking platforms will be unavailable between the hours of 12:01 am and 02:30 pm WAT.
