Osun LG Polls: Online Publishers To Host OSSIEC Chair At Media Parley, Monday

THE Osun Online Publishers Association (OOPA) to host the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC) at its 5th Media Parley on Monday.

The 5th Parley, tagged ‘Osun Local Government Election: Preparations For A Credible Process’ will feature the Chairman of the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, (OSSIEC), Barr Ashim Abioye.

In a statement signed by the Secretary, OOPA Seminar and Media Parley Committee, Adekale Babatunde on Sunday, disclosed that the programme will hold at the Insight Media office at 1:30PM in Osogbo, Osun state capital.

Babatunde noted that the Commission Chairman is expected to respond to questions from group of journalists who are members of the Osun Online Publishers on the preparation of OSSIEC over the forthcoming local government election in the state.

The release further added that the programme will be streamed live on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100069458236740&mibextid=ZbWKwL) for the world to watch and contribute via same platform.
