Peter ‘Power’ Dumps PDP in Osun

Elder Peter Ayodele Babalola, popularly known as Peter Power has resigned from the PDP, on Tuesday afternoon.

In a letter written and personally signed by him, he indicated his non-interest in PDP and as such submitted his resignation to his ward chairman.

The resignation letter of Dr. Peter Adebayo Babalola (Peter Power, Peter Action) from the PDP, dated 27th August, 2024, at 12Noon.

In a related story, earlier report indicates that the former Chief of Staff to Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Peter Babalola, bagged suspension from the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, over alleged anti-party activities.

Babalola, who was Chief of Staff during Oyinlola’s administration in Osun State, was appointed as the Chairman of the College of Education, Ila-Orangun, by Governor Ademola Adeleke in 2023.

The suspension letter, dated August 27, 2024, was signed by 17 party executives from Ward 7 in the Irewole local government area of Osun State, under the leadership of Odelade Adesoye.
