Like C’ River Governor, Osun Gov. Adeleke’s Phone Line Hacked

THE Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has raised alarm that one of his phone numbers has been hacked by fraudsters, just like im February 11th, 2024 when Cross Rivers State governor’s phone number was hacked.

The Osun governor’s spokesman, Olawale Rasheed, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.

Rasheed urged the public to disregard any communications originating from the number, +234 803 365 7555.

He said, “Please disregard any solicitation from +234 803 365 7555. Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy the situation.

“Authorities are currently investigating the breach and are working diligently to secure the governor’s communication lines.”

Meanwhile, Voice Air Media gathered that on February 11th, 2024 One of the phone numbers linked to Cross River State Governor, Bassey Otu, was compromised, and the perpetrators were trying to extort money from unsuspecting individuals.

The governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Emmanuel Ogbeche, disclosed this in a statement shared on Facebook.

He wrote, “There have been apprehension in many quarters over unsolicited messages allegedly from Governor Bassey Otu seeking financial assistance.

“The public is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities. Further updates will be provided as the situation develops,” Osun Governor’s spokesperson disclosed.
