Suspected Cultists Invade Exam Hall, Kill Final-Year Student On His Birthday In TASUED

Ola Fabiyi, a 400 level student of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) has been killed by suspected cultists in Ijebu Ode, Ogun state.

According to reports, the victim who is a senator in the school’s Student Union Government (SUG) was dragged out of his examination hall by his attackers in the presence of his colleagues. He was assaulted, stabbed and later whisked away to a bush where he was shøt to death on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

The security personnel in the school showed up only after the attackers had fled the scene. Fabiyi was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

It was gathered that Fabiyi was celebrating his birthday and preparing to ‘sign out’ from the institution on Wednesday before he met his demise.
