Nigerian leaders told to return to church for solutions over economic hardship

Voice Air Media, News Update

THE Sent Man of Passover Faith Christian Center, Pastor Olusola Oladeji has called on Nigerians, most especially, the ruling class to return to Church for solutions to economic challenges facing Nigeria.

Pastor Oladeji made the call in Osogbo on Sunday while speaking with journalists at the sideline of the 2024 Mid-Year Interdenominational Thanksgiving and Encounter Service held at his Church.

The Man of God said Nigeria is blessed and the only solution to the current challenges is to return to the Lord for guidance.

“Even with the present situation of the country, it’s not everyone that complains. No matter the challenges we’re facing, the solution is in the church. If politicians want to find solutions to the problem of Nigeria, they need to come to the church. If the president will find solutions to the challenges, the solutions are in the church.

“The people at the top must realize that they can’t do it alone, they need to move close to the Lord.” He said.

Speaking on the policies by the Federal Government Pastor Oladeji said “no leader or government will roll out any policy with the aim of punishing its citizens or without positive intentions. President Bola Tinubu meant well when he removed fuel subsidy and when he floated the Naira. But the best decision will turn out to have the worst effect on the people if it’s not backed with the spiritual power. All of us must gather together to pray for Nigeria.

He advised the federal government and all state governments to raise “hunters of strong interception” for this country.

“Let them (the Governments) raise hunters of strong interception. I mean they should gather believers together and pray to God. I can tell you that we’re going to see a change.”
