On Thursday, An Akure High Court has nullified the creation of 33 Local Government Development Areas (LCDAs) in Ondo state, Voice Air Media gathered.
The court said the creation is illegal and unconstitutional.
In his judgement, Justice A.O Adebusuoye said the creation of the LCDAs is inchoate and unlawful.
